Meet Chef Amy
As a native to beautiful Colorado, I have spent the last ten years studying nutrition and fine tuning my own personal diet. I became interested in nutrition as a way to relieve health issues I have been dealing with my whole life. I attended the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO and focused on enriching my education with nutrition & culinary training. You may know what you need to eat but the real question is, “How do I prepare it?” Through an understanding of the benefits and liabilities of food, you can begin to understand what is right for each individual. My health has been completely transformed by the types and regularity of the foods I ingest. It seems I have always endured headaches, aches, pains, bloating, indigestion, allergies, stuffy nose, etc. These ailments have all but disappeared due to a reevaluation of my diet. I have come to realize that most of us have some type of sensitivity to in which we are unaware.
I am also a foodie. I love food! I have refused to allow my food allergies to undermine the potential for delectable delights. By focusing on what I can eat instead of what I can’t, I realize that there is an enormous amount of ingredients widely available to anyone. I’m constantly creating new delicious recipes you are bound to love no matter your sensitivities. With a passion for food and sharing this gift with friends and family, I would be delighted to share my food with you.
